Prices, timetables, availability and descriptions in listings are written by the businesses themselves: Trinaka shows them and does not guarantee them; the agreement is between you and the business. Opening hours, tickets, ZTL rules, flight status, ash alerts and safety information are summaries of public sources: the issuing body is the authority, and in an emergency you call 112. Trinaka is a preview of a platform in the making: it may change, pause or contain mistakes, and we fix what you report.
You may read, share links and use the site for your own trip. Mass extraction of the content, automated requests that burden the service, and any attempt to bypass the anti-abuse checks are not allowed. Businesses publish only what they actually offer and are responsible for it.
The relationship with the publisher is governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and may bring a claim before its courts. For online disputes there is also the EU platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Write to ciao@trinaka.com first: almost everything is solved with an email.
