Nothing is paid here. Your request goes straight to Giuseppe Scandura N.c.c, who answers you by email.

Transfers, cellars, tables, rooms: everything you ask for lands under the same ID, and the people serving you know where you are going without ever getting your personal details.

Suitcases

Up to 63 × 36 × 21 cm each. Backpacks and small bags do not count.

Day

Time

Local time in Sicily. The business gets a reminder shortly before, with your first name and ID — that is how they find you.

Where they pick you up Where you are going

Type where you start and where you are going: the map shows the route.

Flight number

Needed if they pick you up at the airport: we follow your flight live, so the driver knows when you land. Arriving by ferry? Write it in the message.

Phone with WhatsApp

With the country code (+44 …, 0044 …), a number with WhatsApp. We use it to ask you to confirm; the driver sees it only from half an hour before the service.
