Your account: email, name, language, and phone if you gave it. Your requests: what you asked, when, for how many people, and the messages you exchange through us. Photos you upload, with the permission you ticked. The waiting-list email if you joined it.
Your first name and your ID — not your email. Your phone number appears to them only around the time of the service, and disappears after, unless you choose to share your contacts yourself.
Your position is read only when you press the button, never in the background. We keep it because it is what rescue needs; it is not used for anything else.
The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database); emails leave through Brevo (EU). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your data and we do not do advertising profiling.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it: write to ciao@trinaka.com and we do it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also complain to a data-protection authority.
